Sutter Urgent Care - Roseville

I went to this Sutter Urgent Care in Roseville yesterday, to address my sore throat, ear pain and cough. I haven’t been feeling well past couple of days; thinking maybe I had strep throat or could be a cold, maybe the flu, distant thought…possibly covid. I went into their lobby, wearing a surgical mask. I was timely checked in by an attentive front desk staff member. I was pleasanrlu surprised to be called in within 10 minutes! My provider’s name was “Julie”, she was so polite and thorough. Made me feel really comfortable, except for the part the pole vault length cotton swab being carefully inserted into each of my nares. She stated she’d give me a call as soon as she got the results..and she did! Wow! Kept her word, gave me my results, which i could then get the appropriate medications! I can tell she really enjoys working with patients! She MADE the visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! This place is SUPER clean! Everyone was VERY nice. The waiting room is quite spacious and parking is NOT an issue for my large crew cab truck. I went there around 5:45 pm. Was hardly packed. Also, they have a cool kit that tests for RSV, COVID, and the flu with a SINGLE swab for each nare!👏👏👏

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurse was very nice and very sympathetic. I wasn't sure if the doctor was actually my doctor. Came right in asked a few questions felt the injured area that I had and pretty much sent me on my way. I felt like it was a shotgun type of exam. I was prescribed two different pain medicines and taking them as directed and I feel no improvement what's soever. My urgent care visit was Tuesday morning and it is now Thursday. Im trying to be patient but I felt like there has been no signs of improvement.

Excellent experience! They got me in from the waiting area into a room within 10 minutes, the doctor came in shortly after and she was amazing and so caring! I was in an out in less than an hour with a treatment plan. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor were wonderful to work with! I will most definitely be back!

Upon arrival I was greeted professionally and signed in by a very helpful assistant. My wait was fairly short, as a walk-in, without an appointment. The medical assistant was polite and professional. The doctor arrived quickly and actually called me a few hours later to ensure I had received instructions and understood them. Excellent experience.

They show "updated" wait times as 20 minutes. I showed up and the place is packed, wait time is at least 2 hours. As I stood in line i refreshed the page and still showed 20 minutes. Very small waiting room full of coughing people. Why on earth Sutter would move their urgent care into such small facility to serve such large area is beyond comprehension. Several people walked the same way I did and left because the website told them the same thing. Very misleading and time-wasting.

Coming from another major HMO, I will say that I received awesome care at Sutter urgent care and did not have to wait very long to be seen. I am a new medicare recipient that is also new to the Sutter system and quite pleased that I made the switch. Thanks to the Sutter urgent care doctors and staff, I was in and out within 30 minutes!!!
